Beautiful place, very quiet. It’s on 40th street, which is a bit far from the downtown 6th avenue hub bub, but it took us only 15 minutes in the morning to drive to our son’s house off of Caesar Chavez.

Julian and Sloan's ABnB is adorable. It is quiet and peaceful but close to lots of activity and within walking distance to a few great restaurants, stores, etc.

Julian's place was quiet, comfortable, and full of amenities like a well-equipped kitchen for my stay. Upon arriving, it was immaculate. The bed is very comfortable and shower was luxurious.

Had a great stay at Julian’s for ACL. Cute apartment in a quiet neighborhood, on side of Julian’s home and felt very private. We met Julian briefly and he was very kind and provided local recs.

This was our second stay at Julian and Sloane’s sweet little casita. I feel like they thought of everything! We cooked several meals during our stay and found the kitchen stocked well.

What a spot! Tucked into a quiet, walkable and bike friendly neighborhood with tons of mature trees, not a lot of sidewalks but lots of bike lanes and the drivers are very respectful of pedestrians.

Such a great place for a two week stay with my 8 year old. Walkable distance to 2 playgrounds and coffee shops. Kitchen is perfect for cooking. The space feels like a home away from home with TV, washer, dryer and dishwasher.
