Entire Guest Studio with Private Entrance

Space is exactly like the photos! Super clean, spacious and amenities available such as coffee and water which was super nice! More appliances than most: Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, plates and utensils.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tim's place, beautiful little studio, it is also super well located, close to the downtown. Everything was clean and we felt like at home. Tim was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and wonderful stay! The studio has been beautifully renovated and everything was so CLEAN! The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the hosts kindly provided extra pillows.

A quiet location in the neighborhood, yet close enough to the center of Austin to still be convenient. Very clean and well maintained, with a lovely private patio for a cool drink and easy conversation after a busy day.

Tim’s place was perfect for my weekend trip in Austin! It’s close enough to everything happening in the downtown area, but also far enough away for a peaceful & private stay. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door.

Tim and Leah’s place was the perfect spot for our short getaway. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. There is a place to set up your workspace if needed and a kinchenette with a small fridge.

I absolutely loved staying here! I was staying an extra night for work at SXSW and booked his beautiful place and wish I had booked more than a night there.
