This location had everything you would want for a relaxing and central stay in Austin. Steps from some very unique nightlife options.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was a nice quick walk to Rainey street and right next to the lady bird lake trail which was nice as well! Condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Easy check-in. The place itself was clean, well furnished, and had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable as well. Great location — steps away from Lady Bird and the trail.

I’ve stayed in this building a number of times and choose it every time I come to Austin. All of the apartments have everything you need including a washer dryer.

Our stay in Austin was truly a dream come true. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with so many amazing amenities to enjoy. The rooftop views were absolutely stunning and made the experience even more unforgettable.

exactly as described. very clean. great location to enjoy peace and quiet and still walk to all of Rainey and Downtown. River walks. top floor means quiet from above. great facilities gym and pool. highly recommend.

Amazing place. Great location. Very clean and easy to access. Parking was easy. Lots of places to walk too. Kayaking and paddle boarding also walking distance. Highly recommend.
