Stay in a well appointed condo with services. Full kitchen includes full size appliances, dishes, cookware & linens. On site fitness center. Shared rooftop pool (towels provided), barbeque area and fire pit. Resort is located near Lake Lady Bird. It's close to the Texas Capitol and dining and entertainment on 6th Street. No pets (except trained service animals). Unit is considered a Deluxe Studio, but the main bed area has a door That can be closed for privacy.

We had a wonderful stay here! Attended ACL for the weekend and was able to easily walk or take scooters to the festival grounds. There were lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location for ACL!!! Walkable and/or Scooter. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond the entire stay. Mia was amazing!! Can't say enough Great things about this property and their team.
