Christine was very responsive anytime I had a question or need. This place is perfect for the university area. It’s right on the edge so it’s quiet and peaceful yet close enough to be at any of the sporting/other venues within minutes.

PattiStayed May 2026 · Quiet Studio in North University & Central AustinGreat little space very close to campus/downtown. Bed was quite comfortable, and having the small kitchen was awesome. Clean and homey place with easy access and street parking.
Christine's place was extremely clean, comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and parks. Moreover, Christine was am extremely kind, generous and understanding.
