Nice location , older building , close to Colorado river and ladybird lake. 10 minutes drive into downtown. Close to HEB plus grocery store and fast food restaurants. Once inside, very clean and cozy, sufficient amenities.

Such a great experience. Host gracefully extended our stay at very short notice. We loved the location. Good food options nearby. Quick drive to downtown. We loved the view of the skyline from the downstairs bedroom and balcony.

We had such a wonderful stay at Lan’s house! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel comfortable right away.

Lan's place was amazing! Easy to get to, her instructions were clear on how to get to apartment. Everything was clean and check in was a breeze. We stayed there for a quick 3 day trip to Austin and location was perfect.
