This was a comfortable stay and has all the amenities I needed. The location is pretty convenient and not far from downtown so getting around wasn’t bad.

We had a good stay at Xavier’s place. It has a very peaceful location with trees and a very green surrounding. Kitchen is well equipped and overall it was very comfortable and met our needs well for our visit to Austin.

This place is so comfortable and spacious. A real jewel! When you get to the house, you need to go through the gate on the left side of the house and follow the stone path up to the treehouse stairs.

It was really nice and full of personality. Close to everything I wanted to get to. Enjoyed hanging out on the patio and listening to the fountains and nature.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Austin and a great location! Walking distance to a local coffee shop and a unique Austin style bar. Javier is so nice and very communicative.
