Modern Urban Cottage Oasis | Near Downtown

Our stay was brief (2 nights) but absolutely perfect! This “tiny” house is not so tiny. :) Big on style and comfort, big on cleanliness and cuteness and very thoughtfully appointed.

This darling little house was perfect for my trip to Austin and close to the places I was visiting. I would recommend this place to anyone. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. The house is bright and especially clean.

We had a great stay here in Austin! The place was clean, private, and in an excellent location, close to everything we wanted to do. The host was very friendly, attentive and responsive, which made the stay even better.

We loved staying here. Although it is considered a “tiny house”, the high ceilings and many windows made it feel bigger. It was immaculate and very up to date.

Matthew and his wife had excellent response time on any questions asked and were both cordial and welcoming. The place was immaculate upon arrival and had all the essentials on hand.

Would definitely recommend Mayra's cottage in Austin! They have a ton of amenities that are useful for a multiple night stay. Both hosts were accommodating and responsive, they truly valued communication amongst their guests.

This place was perfect for our short stay, close to everything we had on our agenda. Very clear instructions and quick response from Mayra and Matthew. If we’re back in the area we’d love to stay again.
