Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located tiny house. Sitting on an acre with private porch and wooded views yet only a short ride to Downtown, airport, and some of Austin’s top entertainment and restaurants. Enjoy some down time with a dip in the 11 foot cowboy pool or a fire in the fire pit in between exploring all that Austin has to offer! Located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of safe parking and sidewalks.

Megan’s place was perfect for us. It was clean and well arranged. We were close to everything (10-15minutes) but far enough out to feel like we weren’t in the city.

Everything was perfect at the house, and we really enjoyed the quiet location, although so close to everything! Everything was clean and cute when we arrived and we even enjoyed the fire pit one night.

Only downside was the cleanliness. There was someone’s old contact lens on the bed when we arrived and after taking a shower and using the towels provided, they smelt as if they were never washed from the previous person using…

Megan’s tiny house is the first place we stayed at on our trip to Texas from the UK. It was clean, homely, peaceful, had everything we needed and in a great location for us to explore Austin. Highly recommend!
