Unique and Cozy 2 Bedroom Near Downtown

This is a perfect weekend getaway spot. Very close to downtown Austin and walking distance to a grocery store and a great coffee shop. The place is exactly as described, very clean and hosts had great communication.

We stayed for 3 weeks and found everything to be as described. While very small, it had 2 very comfortable sofas, great equipped kitchen, and great mattresses. We had everything that was needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious and well laid out, with a large living room, dining area, full kitchen, and two very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.

This is a beautiful, well decorated, comfy and very clean home. It is walking distance to a fun coffee house. The only thing that was bothersome was the close proximity to the freeway. It was a bit loud.

Just a perfect place to stay while moving our son into his new apartment in Austin. Squeaky clean, great amenities, cute, hip, and so peaceful! We were curious if we would hear the noise from the freeway but the house was quiet…

The reason I chose this place is precisely because it's just a short walk from UT, making it very convenient. The decoration is brand new and the room is spacious. I hope to visit again!

What a cozy home in a charming neighborhood. The home had everything we needed and expected. Comfy couches and beds. Communication was excellent. We would select this location again.
